Easy, Spicy Beef Samosas with Spring Roll Wrappers

To make these samosas you will need these ingredients: spring roll wrappers, diced onions, carrots, chilis, ground beef, garlic paste, ginger paste, spices, and lime juice.

Let’s get started!

Saute the veggies until just tender. Add garlic, ginger paste, chilis and spices for HEAT and flavor! Smells so good!

Add the lean ground beef and cook until no longer pink then add a splash of lime juice for freshness!

      Get ready to     WRAP & ROLL!

Make a paste with flour and water to seal your samosas. Follow our step-by-step folding technique to make perfect Beef Samosas!

Spoon the filling on to the wrapper, fold over a triangle to cover and then fold in half. Then fold the triangle down twice, brush on paste and seal the samosa!

Fry the Beef Samosas to PERFECTION!

Just 3 to 4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Use can also bake in the oven or the air fryer!
