    This Homemade Speculaas Spice Mix makes amazing Dutch Speculaas Cookies aka Biscoff. But it can also be used in so many other ways! Add it to Speculaas Donuts, stir it into coffee or tea, or add a bit to your morning bowl of oatmeal! The possibilities are endless!

    Ingredients

    • 8 tablespoon ground cinnamon

    • 1 ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

    • 1 ½ teaspoon ground cloves

    • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

    • ¾ teaspoon ground cardamom

    • ¾ teaspoon ground mace

    • ¾ teaspoon ground white pepper

    • ¾ teaspoon ground aniseed

    • ¾ teaspoon ground coriander

    Directions

    • Make sure that all of your spices are finely ground. If they are not very finely ground. grind them with a mortar and pestle or in a coffee or spice grinder.
    • Mix all of the spices together in a bowl and store in an airtight container.
