Sweet, smoky, and just a little spicy, this Peach Bruschetta with Chipotle Honey Drizzle is the kind of appetizer that disappears fast at any summer gathering. Juicy ripe peaches, toasted crusty bread, and a bold chipotle-infused honey come together in a fresh, flavor-packed twist on classic bruschetta.

This easy appetizer is perfect for brunches, parties, or just a snack! Prime peach season across the US is June through September, but in my area, I get delicious fresh peaches throughout the year!
I have made this appetizer for Sunday football parties and a casual brunch with friends. It's so easy to put together, and they flew off the platter!
This was inspired by my Mushroom Whisky Crostini and the list of flavor combinations that I shared in that post. Bruschetta is a brilliant appetizer or side for brunches and pairs well with my Deep Dish Quiche Recipe.

Storage
Bruschetta is best when it is assembled immediately before serving. This ensures the bread stays crisp once topped with cheese, fruits, etc.
If you have any leftovers, put them in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to two days.
Top Tip
If your topping is very juicy (like tomatoes or peaches), let it drain briefly before spooning it onto the bread—and assemble just before serving for maximum crunch.

Pairing
These are my favorite dishes to serve with Bruschetta:

Peach Bruschetta with Chipotle Honey Drizzle
Ingredients
- 1 baguette cut into ¼-inch thick slices
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 large peaches sliced
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 4 oz brie or cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush both sides of each slice of the baguette with olive oil. Arrange them on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until toasted and golden brown.
- While the bread is toasting, mix together the honey and chipotle powder.
- Once the bread is browned, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool. Transfer the bread to a serving tray.
- Cut the brie or cream cheese into thin slices, about the size of one slice of toast. Lay a piece of the cheese on each bread slice.
- Lay a slice of peach on top of the cheese. Drizzle the chipotle honey over the bruschetta. Sprinkle on some thyme leaves. Serve immediately.
